This website has been hand-coded by Carmelo Fruciano.
The first thing was to obtain light pages so everyone (for instance people with slow connections) could browse the website easily. To obtain this result the use of graphics and images has been reduced to a bare minimum.
The second desire was it to be modern and W3C-compliant. So I used pure XHTML (strict) and a tableless design achieved only with the use of a single external CSS file (this usually speeds up the download of pages, too). You can check the compliance to webstandards using the links at the bottom of the page.
The design was tested with different screen resolutions and on a number of different browsers wich include:
The only part of the site that wasn't HTML-coded by me (only a few modifications) is the forum so don't expect it to be perfectly compliant to web standards (though I must say it outputs a good HTML code).
